Considering that the IJSRDMS Journal started publishing in May 2019, for this reason, the editorial board decided that the volume 1 should be numbered from the second issue of 2019, which is to be published in the same season (June). Also, the dates should be accurate, up-to-date, and correct. Accordingly, volume 1 has started from issue 2.
