Peer Review Process

At the International Journal of Scientific Research in Dental and Medical Sciences (IJSRDMS) we are always looking to improve the quality of the journal and aim to publish manuscripts of the highest standard. Peer review is an essential aspect of this and we appreciate the help of our reviewers in this process. The journal uses double-blind review, meaning that both the reviewer's identity and the author's identity are hidden from the reviewers, and vice versa, during the review process.

After the manuscript is submitted to the "International Journal of Scientific Research in Dental and Medical Sciences", it is double-checked to avoid plagiarism. At this stage, in addition to checking the quality of the article and plagiarism, it is also checked that the title of the article is not outside the scope of the journal and that there are no unrelated citations in the articles. For each manuscript, the editorial team invites two or three reviewers, a mix of internal and external reviewers, to read and evaluate the manuscript. IJSRDMS uses double-blind peer review to evaluate articles submitted to the journal, which means that the identity of the author(s) is hidden from the reviewer(s) and vice versa, throughout the review process and the authors do not have access to the information that the peer reviewers have.
